It's unimaginable strange how  a positive minded somebody hangs around the clock with people who sees things from the negative angle. A negative someone interupts positives communication with a total different viewpoint which may result in arguments and at the end nothing responsive, productive is gained. They can be annoying, they are bad influence and they need to get rid off to graduate on to the next living of life.

The lifestyle stagnates not only but those he keeps company  with. I have once found myself in mist of people like that and i can tell its was an experience no one should encounter.

Dealing With Negative People is like  solving a complicated chemical equation. It's done tactically and carefully and by using the appropriate formula. They can be your family members, friends,your roommate and i such case it's might seems like you lost him respect if you just breakout and neglect them.

1. Ignore Any Sort Of Argument.
One of the mistakes i made was trying to behave like light in between two dark. Arguing with them thinking am enlightening or defending the positive. I came to realize that it was like setting fire to the rain. A negative human is never out of viewpoint to back up his acclaimed rights.  Ignoring the argument sets the level of your maturing in dealings on the high.




2.Avoid Negative People.
 This set of guys are bad influence. They have what it takes to make any weak faithed minded individual a believer. They know how to paint a abstract picture and bring it into reality. Lights and darkness have nothing in common right? Avoid Negative People at all cost. Minimize the hours you spend with them, time is too precious  be wasted.

3.Don't Contribute in such Conversation.
Zero contribution, no matter how irresistible and tempting it might be. When its get out of hand smile and leave.

4.Love Them. Don't hate them but their attitude. well they kinda boring to you but i believe there is story behind everything. Someone made them to choose that lifestyle, it can be stress from work, the hard side of life. Religious misunderstanding.  Think of the best way to help them out but don't try to do number 5.

Don't Try to Change Them.
No amount of preaching can change a man, an encounter with the truth of everything and personal decisions is what is needed.  Let him know what this dark thoughts is doing to him and if he still insist. Know your limit and ignore them.

Busy schedule most at times and laziness tempers with our well being.Having full control of your self is far beyond eating good and dressing nice. A healthy lifestyles and practice improves one's self, it's easy to have a pure mind and be a good shape when you eating good, stop eating junk foods and managing when you know the it not advancing your physical health. Exercise daily, making all those joint and the whole of your body system vibrant. And never forget to have enough rest after a hard day at work, never try to cheat sleep because you can't. An individual who takes good care of his self is a happy,positive minded man.

2.Flee Away From Negative Thoughts

No amount of negative conversion has the power to triumph over any discomfort the only out of it is apply techniques, to get rid of them when it comes to your nothing that negative self talk is within, detach it and don't gives room for it.

3.Stop Making Assumption

Self judgemental without proof of being guilty or of what other thought about you, the imagination of not being accepted like everybody that surrounds you when  you have no proof that it's truth. Assuming that people are pissed of because you mistake A for B or little bird is probably gossiping about you as you walked by is of no important. Instead approach the little bird but why worrying thing without proof, thing you're not actually sure about? Look for proof instead of making assumptions.

4. Remind Yourself of the Things You Are Thankful For

There are 24 hours in a day, you spent nearly all on jobs,in the office all in the names of making money. Taking few seconds off to appreciate life and things therein won't have any negative effect on you and your business.

5.Worry Less

If you found yourself being dealt with by excessive worries the best thing to do is interrupt such unpleasant feeling with something totally different.  You can match Mr. Ben or listen to songs and if it's still persist then get out your comfort zone. Mingle with happy people who makes you smile.

6. Refrain from Trying to be Perfect

Everyone get piss off, you yelled at someone or say provocative words to people. No one is totally clean, have no fear of perfection because you'll never reach there.

7. Learn Loving, Yourself and Others


Nothing is so sweet like a kiss from a friend, and nothing is so romantic than giving out love unconditionally. No certificate or practice is required to care and be there for others around you. And most of all treating yourself the exact way you do others.

8. Be There For Others, Help Others Out

It's brings joy  while helping someone out of situations. Volunteer to build churches, school. You can involve in community development or humanitarian service. Volunteer your precious busy time to reach out for someone or your money. The more you care for others the more your blessing  doubles.

9.Increase Your Social Activity


By doing this you boast yourself. Negative thinking comes to lonely minds, social interactions increases your happiness. Networking with fun loving and positive person, positive energy will influence you. You can use the social media ,social gathering. Go outdoors and interact with people with differ believes.

10. Life Happily Everyday

The very purpose of live is to seek happiness.  Seek not happiness too greedily. Change your thought because it depend on your thoughts. Eat when you feel hungry,sleep, interact with people and never hurt someone. Smile even in worst situations.

Life is too short to be lacking behind. Live life to it's fullest, explore. Make a different, leave legacy behind. Many believes will always come around to swing the balance. Start taking control now or never.

My Battle With Negative Thoughts

'' A closed mind is like a closed book; just a block of wood''

Negativity is a mind blinder ,time killer and a bad friend that's capable of corrupting and destroying your whole life. I was once a victim of negative thoughts for years. And i can boldly say it was the worst and most ridiculous experience ever.

It all begun at tender age, sometimes in the 90's maybe 2000. I grew up in a home which life is good was painted in portrait form, everything was flipped downward. We weren't poor or rich but i can still recollect we had meal everyday.

The only fundamental right i lacked was freedom, they say freedom is won but not given but mine was different. I was restricted from making friends,playing,church and a whole bunch of the basics.

The devil caved in , the head stopped being himself and all responsibility were pushed to neck, the darkness  grew darker the more life got harder.

My whole life was caged in, So this monster grew in me, my mindset, my thoughts every about me were never right. I cultivated and grew up negatively with a sophisticated mindset and thoughts.

They say that “ A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes. I was wandering in the dark,  i had positives atom in me though but it was a battle,  angels and devil were in a war fair ,all just for the redemption of my soul and mind.

Tensions get higher sometimes, lost of self worth, low self esteem, anger were my best practices. My whole  life  i never knew smiles as anything but pictures painted to impress people.

I derive pleasure from reading theories and dark conspiracy. At times i felt like my life is a set up not a precious gift as many claim.

Later on i realize it was leading me no where, so i bought a new mindset ,it wasn't an easy task but i had to make Hayes while sun shines. I embraced positivity slowly, gradually i won the battle. Am free now, since then am always putting on vivid smiles my hearts is filled with  red roses. Singing to Pharrell Williams "Happy" because am feeling like a room without a roof.

I don't think anyone should ever go down the lane i moved on, this is just a summary of everything, if am about to write every event down it will be a lot of pages.
