I see countless  of immoral and offensive acts done by decent people on the net but pretends to be different and religious in real life. Any mistake on the internet can go viral and at the end bring shame and regrets.
  • In reality, one can be moral by being decent in all ways including the way he talks and addressing others, dresses and act when his all alone. He values  not his self alone but others around him and even strangers, he also respect the creations and things therein, including blood, the people in the world and their believers, their right and wrong and most of all help them out when needs arises.

I also believe that being honest too contribute to morality and it's a social phenomenon. Life would have been empty and totally worthless if it was just all about one person without relating and improving life directly or indirectly.

3.Mental Aspect. Thoughts are like trees planted closer to a sea, they are ever green. They don't live like atuum leaves. Many people in the world is faced with one problem or the other and most of them are mentally oriented. What ever you think  grows. Lately a close associate made decisions of dropping the lighter. His been smoking for years and he wants  self improvement. Quitting was never easy for him. After a week without cigarette he still ended up breaking it. Quitting smoking is never an easy turn but worth trying due to the health hazard. Several benefits are attached. My Battle With Negative Thoughts

'' A closed mind is like a closed book; just a block of wood''

Negativity is a mind blinder ,time killer and a bad friend that's capable of corrupting and destroying your whole life. I was once a victim of negative thoughts for years. And i can boldly say it was the worst and most ridiculous experience ever.

It all begun at tender age, sometimes in the 90's maybe 2000. I grew up in a home which life is good was painted in portrait form, everything was flipped downward. We weren't poor or rich but i can still recollect we had meal everyday.

The only fundamental right i lacked was freedom, they say freedom is won but not given but mine was different. I was restricted from making friends,playing,church and a whole bunch of the basics.

The devil caved in , the head stopped being himself and all responsibility were pushed to neck, the darkness  grew darker the more life got harder.

My whole life was caged in, So this monster grew in me, my mindset, my thoughts every about me were never right. I cultivated and grew up negatively with a sophisticated mindset and thoughts.

They say that “ A man is but the product of his thoughts. What he thinks, he becomes. I was wandering in the dark,  i had positives atom in me though but it was a battle,  angels and devil were in a war fair ,all just for the redemption of my soul and mind.

Tensions get higher sometimes, lost of self worth, low self esteem, anger were my best practices. My whole  life  i never knew smiles as anything but pictures painted to impress people.

I derive pleasure from reading theories and dark conspiracy. At times i felt like my life is a set up not a precious gift as many claim.

Later on i realize it was leading me no where, so i bought a new mindset ,it wasn't an easy task but i had to make Hayes while sun shines. I embraced positivity slowly, gradually i won the battle. Am free now, since then am always putting on vivid smiles my hearts is filled with  red roses. Singing to Pharrell Williams "Happy" because am feeling like a room without a roof.

I don't think anyone should ever go down the lane i moved on, this is just a summary of everything, if am about to write every event down it will be a lot of pages.

In a competitive world people are bound to miss a few turn,life  shouldn't be competitive Competition is a destroyer. It don't place you on the pinnacle of winners or champions.

3.Make friends with people who add value to you, compliment  and support.  Bad feeling affects the outer you, never one day criticize yourself don't focus on the wrong things in life.

4. Being yourself gives you inner joy and happiness. In the eyes of other you might be nothing but when you think and act positive, will begin to see your worth.

You probably heard of the holy trinity the body, mind and soul they control our lives and if  one of them is negative our life turn crooked.  In order for things to be on the wider and clear path the positive mindset must be activated.

Negative thoughts are one of the agent of failure, lost of self esteem, self hatred but cultivating the mindset of a positive thinker free us physically and spiritually from the darkness of life.
Negative thought hits everyone even those who teaches people how to get ride of it. But practice still makes perfect. In order to get rid of dark thoughts you have to embrace the light with the whole of your heart, mind, body and soul.


You can't just relax on your four  armed chair and expect it to erase it self, you take a step, work your way out gradually you'll conquer.



  •  Make Up Mind :


There are two ways to life and one is being ready to live, to face the reality and embrace it as its swings like a roller coaster, as it goes around and comes around. Before you go for any thing you must first think about it after that you make up your mind to win no matter the amount of stumbling blocks you meet on the way.

Being ready is all about being prepared. Never underestimate your strength,  you can make it because other people have walked that path before.



  • Take A Step:


Making decision isn't all, you've made up your mind the next thing to do is TAKING A STEP.
This reminds me of a local TV game which i watched days back, the introductory soundtrack was
  'Why don't you take a step' So take the necessary steps now or never.

You have successfully crossed the two stages now its time to start achieving  the goals. Having  positive thoughts is a process. It far beyond ordinary I Want To...


How to Think Positively.


1. Work on developing more positive thoughts about your self and people around you. Display positive emotions and attitude.


2. Cultivate Optimism.

Better is not enough expect that the best is yet to come ,never be pessimist be optimist .This how optimist act, they view bad or unfortunate events as isolated incidences that are outside of their control, while pessimists view such things as more common and often blame themselves.

Don't allow disappointments, difficulties and obstacles affect your moods and state of mind.
View that as nothing but a common occurrences that trigger your mindset to be rocky.


3.Avoid Negativity at all cost.


Avoid harbouring or involving in negative inner dialogues.Refuse negative thinking, it's a waste of time and its result to anything profitable.


4. Avoid Catastrophic Thinking


Catastrophizing is when you engage in imagining the  worst possible outcome of something by
overreacting and letting your thoughts drive you to a highly uncertain scenarios.
Stop allowing the fear of the unknown to border you, stop worrying about the future, its bright already. Live and enjoy the present.

5. Surround yourself with positive people.
You can't be good when you keep bad company same applies to being a positive thinker. Permit me to quote Kanye West's lyric

"How can you faithful in a house full of wh*re"
Hey forget about it and pull out what is important to us here which is "Faithful and  House Full Of".It entail that the kind of people around you can't effect the decisions you make in life. Interact with those that encourages  your dreams and bring value to your life.


6. Learn from others.

Reading about others who overcame negativity and hardship in life can be of help.

7. Get yourself busy.

Boredomness at time provokes negative thoughts, if you are the indoor type look for something that will keep you busy. It might be anything. Try doing stuffs you haven't been doing before.

8. Set goals no matter how hard this might seem at first ,never give up keep yourself busy working on achieving them. Any goal accomplished gives you a reason to live and it will boost you ego.


Nothing in life is impossible to overcome, your negative thoughts aren't the worst thing in life, just believe that you can live a positive life. Never think about the negative words people throw at you because they got nothing on you.
