You probably heard of the holy trinity the body, mind and soul they control our lives and if one of them is negative our life turn crooked. In order for things to be on the wider and clear path the positive mindset must be activated.
Negative thoughts are one of the agent of failure, lost of self esteem, self hatred but cultivating the mindset of a positive thinker free us physically and spiritually from the darkness of life.
Negative thought hits everyone even those who teaches people how to get ride of it. But practice still makes perfect. In order to get rid of dark thoughts you have to embrace the light with the whole of your heart, mind, body and soul.
You can't just relax on your four armed chair and expect it to erase it self, you take a step, work your way out gradually you'll conquer.
There are two ways to life and one is being ready to live, to face the reality and embrace it as its swings like a roller coaster, as it goes around and comes around. Before you go for any thing you must first think about it after that you make up your mind to win no matter the amount of stumbling blocks you meet on the way.
Being ready is all about being prepared. Never underestimate your strength, you can make it because other people have walked that path before.
Making decision isn't all, you've made up your mind the next thing to do is TAKING A STEP.

How to Think Positively.
1. Work on developing more positive thoughts about your self and people around you. Display positive emotions and attitude.

Cultivate Optimism.
Better is not enough expect that the best is yet to come ,never be pessimist be optimist .This how optimist act, they view bad or unfortunate events as isolated incidences that are outside of their control, while pessimists view such things as more common and often blame themselves.
Don't allow disappointments, difficulties and obstacles affect your moods and state of mind.
View that as nothing but a common occurrences that trigger your mindset to be rocky.

Avoid Negativity at all cost.
Avoid harbouring or involving in negative
inner dialogues.Refuse negative thinking, it's a waste of time and its result to anything profitable.

Avoid Catastrophic Thinking
Catastrophizing is when you engage in imagining the worst possible outcome of something by
overreacting and letting your thoughts drive you to a highly uncertain scenarios.
Stop allowing the fear of the unknown to border you, stop worrying about the future, its bright already. Live and enjoy the present.

5. Surround yourself with positive people.
You can't be good when you keep bad company same applies to being a positive thinker. Permit me to quote

Hey forget about it and pull out what is important to us here which is "F
aithful and House Full Of".It entail that the kind of people around you can't effect the decisions you make in life. Interact with those that encourages your dreams and bring value to your life.

Learn from others.
Reading about others who overcame negativity and hardship in life can be of help.

Get yourself busy.
Boredomness at time provokes negative thoughts, if you are the indoor type look for something that will keep you busy. It might be anything. Try doing stuffs you haven't been doing before.
8. Set goals no matter how hard this might seem at first ,never give up keep yourself busy working on achieving them. Any goal accomplished gives you a reason to live and it will boost you ego.
Nothing in life is impossible to overcome, your negative thoughts aren't the worst thing in life, just believe that you can live a positive life. Never think about the negative words people throw at you because they got nothing on you.
