Honesty has graded as the best policy for a long time , there is nothing new about people being honest at any point of their lives. But it's rare to see this particular trait in someone by mere looking at them or through interaction. Dishonesty has taken over the mind of people, nearly every three out of five people is neither dishonest or pertained.

Lies and  malice has rooted minds, for instances if you happen to misplace your phone or any of your belong on a transit the possibility of having it back is slim. The individual who found it is considered lucky, Why? because it's sent from heaven. Even when you try contacting the person,he will rather ignore you or demand for ransom. Nobody wants to be upright no more.


Being Honest  Always ,All The Time

It's seems  impossible when view with mediocre eye , have you ever seen a respected , diligently . trustworthy man who is not honest?.  Wealth,positions held in the society can't makes someone a honest man. Even a cheerful giver. Being truly  fair can be beneficial, it more of a good reputation.
They are blessing attached. It can be complicated when it's involves exposing someone dear,since wrongs can be covered we tend to help friends conceal their wrongs.

Being More Honest

Being honest can be challenging, sometimes people feel disinclined, they say to be honest one must be inconsistent and that  straight tree are cut first and honest people are screwed first''. This mindset disrupts  frank mind. People sees it as trying to be perfect and upright, to be honest i believe it must start within, The beginning of honesty is with our very own self.

We human think we're honest when the real meaning is anonymous, to be one you must first seek it, get to know the principle  and how it's applied. Dishonesty is an inner virus, it's a weakness and it's needs to be gotten over as soon as possible. The secret of life is honesty and fair dealing.

To Be Honest One Must....

  • Identify the cause of dishonesty: Paying attention to dishonesty as a factor will lead you know where, to embrace anything you must get a clear view first and focus on the solution. 
  • Get rid of all the seed of dishonesty. Replace them with a new version of you.  Think about the blessing attached. The truths sets caged minds free but first identify the cause.
  • Simplify your life: Someone who act thug like can never be entrusted, even when he's telling the truth people will likely to denied him that, his lifestyle can speak volume.  Simplifying one's life building a self image that can lead to self improvement.
How To Be Honest

Stand for the truth.In any condition taking a stand against dishonesty, distance and don't associate with falsehood. Telling the truth can only be accomplish if you value it. 
Understanding the permissibility to lie. With clear and determined mindset there is no room for any atom of falsehood,to be frank, lies poisons the mind, it makes it feels guilty and if exposed it;s tarnish a good name.
Stop pretending to like someone, or telling them it's okay when it isn't rather let them know that there need for improvement. There certain situation and persons that you find it might seem like disrespect to them if the truth is to be told. What's worst telling it or concealing it?

Start with yourself first. The first step to anything is knowing, accepting and practising it first, before you be honest to others you must first be to your self. If you're true and upright you will understand the importance of honesty.
Don't be rude and always wrap negative statements with more positive ones.

Honesty is a basics of every relationship, business, job , anything in life that lack honesty is neither wrecked or is probably swinging on a wrecking ball. Straightforwardness in all aspects sets a special image. To be fair dealing in certain challenging in some areas.Whatever happened to honesty is to be true , the individuals around maybe lacks it. Of all the policies in the world honesty ranks higher.

In nowadays world reading habit is been smashed, the advancement in science and technology has cash the chip of reading.

The Internet has made its easier now,you can gain access to thousands of information and books free of charge. But that driving force seems to be weak-kneed.

Agree with Nosa E. Nosa when he said " Having a library is one thing, reading them is another things." People don't read this days.

The point here is...you should cultivated the habit of reading any piece of information you find, because you don't know what you might find in them.

I agree with the saying " only the educated are free" anyone that is cognizance of something is a free man. You don't have to be a degree holder but a graduate of the university of life.

Don't be an empty vessels, be influential. Go for knowledge. Make it over everything. A wise man isn't wise in vein his advancement in knowledge makes him wise.

You probably heard of the holy trinity the body, mind and soul they control our lives and if  one of them is negative our life turn crooked.  In order for things to be on the wider and clear path the positive mindset must be activated.

Negative thoughts are one of the agent of failure, lost of self esteem, self hatred but cultivating the mindset of a positive thinker free us physically and spiritually from the darkness of life.
Negative thought hits everyone even those who teaches people how to get ride of it. But practice still makes perfect. In order to get rid of dark thoughts you have to embrace the light with the whole of your heart, mind, body and soul.


You can't just relax on your four  armed chair and expect it to erase it self, you take a step, work your way out gradually you'll conquer.



  •  Make Up Mind :


There are two ways to life and one is being ready to live, to face the reality and embrace it as its swings like a roller coaster, as it goes around and comes around. Before you go for any thing you must first think about it after that you make up your mind to win no matter the amount of stumbling blocks you meet on the way.

Being ready is all about being prepared. Never underestimate your strength,  you can make it because other people have walked that path before.



  • Take A Step:


Making decision isn't all, you've made up your mind the next thing to do is TAKING A STEP.
This reminds me of a local TV game which i watched days back, the introductory soundtrack was
  'Why don't you take a step' So take the necessary steps now or never.
 The journey of a thousand miles begins with one step. "
You have successfully crossed the two stages now its time to start achieving  the goals. Having  positive thoughts is a process. It far beyond ordinary I Want To...


How to Think Positively.


1. Work on developing more positive thoughts about your self and people around you. Display positive emotions and attitude.


2. Cultivate Optimism.

Better is not enough expect that the best is yet to come ,never be pessimist be optimist .This how optimist act, they view bad or unfortunate events as isolated incidences that are outside of their control, while pessimists view such things as more common and often blame themselves.

Don't allow disappointments, difficulties and obstacles affect your moods and state of mind.
View that as nothing but a common occurrences that trigger your mindset to be rocky.


3.Avoid Negativity at all cost.


Avoid harbouring or involving in negative inner dialogues.Refuse negative thinking, it's a waste of time and its result to anything profitable.


4. Avoid Catastrophic Thinking


Catastrophizing is when you engage in imagining the  worst possible outcome of something by
overreacting and letting your thoughts drive you to a highly uncertain scenarios.
Stop allowing the fear of the unknown to border you, stop worrying about the future, its bright already. Live and enjoy the present.

5. Surround yourself with positive people.
You can't be good when you keep bad company same applies to being a positive thinker. Permit me to quote Kanye West's lyric

"How can you faithful in a house full of wh*re"
Hey forget about it and pull out what is important to us here which is "Faithful and  House Full Of".It entail that the kind of people around you can't effect the decisions you make in life. Interact with those that encourages  your dreams and bring value to your life.


6. Learn from others.

Reading about others who overcame negativity and hardship in life can be of help.

7. Get yourself busy.

Boredomness at time provokes negative thoughts, if you are the indoor type look for something that will keep you busy. It might be anything. Try doing stuffs you haven't been doing before.

8. Set goals no matter how hard this might seem at first ,never give up keep yourself busy working on achieving them. Any goal accomplished gives you a reason to live and it will boost you ego.


Nothing in life is impossible to overcome, your negative thoughts aren't the worst thing in life, just believe that you can live a positive life. Never think about the negative words people throw at you because they got nothing on you.
