11 Things to Stop Doing to Yourself
Life is a precious gift and should he be utilized, lived to the fullest.Every one has the right to it,people limit their self from certain delicacies of life, they disobey the laws of nature in living a well and satisfying life. We all hold on to worthless and time wasting phrase, sipping from the holy grails of ' life is not fair'.But have you thought about bleaching yours?.I don't mean using Dencia's Whitening Cream but to stop doing harmful things that we do to our self every day.
We are whom we think we are , nobody is responsible for our misfortunes, self hatred, low self esteem, poverty,and the rest of the bad things don't just come to us unless we invite them.
The law of attractive affirms it , like attracts like.
There are certain practice we indulge our self in that hinders us from living that life, below are things to do to help put an end.
we subsequently let bad emotions add negative treats to our thoughts, we feel rejected,hated, we are not doing enough, we are not beautiful,smart, we not intelligent, we too this and that unlike the people we see. All this makes us develop self hatred. I urge you today to stop hating yourself today and learn to love and cherish yourself today or nobody will.
Why waste time trying to look perfect just to make people congratulate you? OH! no, there's no award for that, perfectionist are loser in the world that every one need those that get things done.
3.Stop Trying to be like Someone:
If you have abundant love for yourself trying to be someone else will be completely uses, you can never be me, you can change the real you, so why put on an image or try to put on an attachment just to look like everybody else. Those Hollywood celebrities you make your role model that you're trying to be like do you know the real them?.
5.Stop Blaming Others for Your Mistakes:
The moment you start pushing you problems to others, you loose and deny yourself. The length which you can achieve you dreams depends on how far you accepts and take responsibility.
6.Stop Worrying About the Past:
You did some wrong years back? those days are gone, they happened for a reason which is to make you who you are today, you can never right you wrongs so why worry about them?. Things don't just happened but were meant to,so instead you sitting regretting about the past work on how to make the present a better one.
7.Stop Allowing others let you down and stop letting others down:
The measure you gives others is the same people will measure to you,respect is reciprocal,life is a two side coin.
8.Stop focusing on the Negative:
Life is so unfair that it can change people, feeding them with negativity, we worry about things won't get any better, my whole life is finished, i can do that because i will fail e.t.c, stop!! focus on the positive things, embrace positivity and break free from dark thoughts because it won't lead you no way.
9.Stop being Jealous of Others:
Everybody is and can never be equal,people will always aim higher than you, work on adding value and aiming your away than to envil others of their successes.
10.Stop Running Away from Your Problem:
Problems can never take to their hills until someone send them aways, face them squarely if you can't eliminate them you live with them.
11.Stop Deceiving and Lying to Yourself:
Why waste time and your energy trying, claiming to be who you're not even when you know it , you still try to confusing yourself that you're real.For example; you don't believe in certain thing don't force yourself to accept it.
Lastly don't buy happiness, happiness is when what you think, what you say, and what you do are in harmony.

Running away of problem, is never be a solution for a problem. It will makes you too hard to come back. Bcoz, problem is there for us to solve. No one will do for us.
